This counter provides advice about matters regarding status of residence, social insurance, work and employment problems, legal matters, etc.

Consultation times（相談日時）
General (living) consultations（一般（暮らし）相談）
- Mondays to Fridays, 10:00-19:00 (lunchtime break 12:00-13:00）
- Saturdays, 9:30-18:00 (lunchtime break 12:00- 13:00)
Specialist consultations（専門相談）
- Thursdays and Saturdays, 10:00-16:00 (lunchtime break 12:00-13:00）
- The 4th Thursday of every month 14:00 to 19:00
Reservations for the lunch break time slot from 12:00 to 13:00, except for the 4th Thursday of the month, can also be booked up to the day before.
You can obtain advice about matters regarding status of residence, social insurance, working conditions, laws, etc.
However, legal consultations are only available on Saturdays.
Consultations are available in English, Chinese, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, Thai, Spanish, Nepalese, Indonesian, Russian and Ukrainian.
