Living Information Email Delivery Service（外国人生活情報メール配信）

Emails with useful information regarding life in Higashihiroshima can be delivered to computer or mobile phone email addresses. These emails consist of summaries of the articles in the ‘Higashihiroshima’ City Newsletter (once a month), information about Japanese culture and customs (several times a year), and details of changes to laws, etc., concerning foreign residents (as appropriate). Details of how to subscribe to these emails can be found in the link below. There is no charge for registering and using the service, but any data charges or communication line charges, etc., incurred while registering for the service or receiving emails from the service are the responsibility of the recipient.
