Recruiting Volunteers for the “Higashihiroshima International Festa 2025”!「東広島国際フェスタ2025」を作り上げる仲間を募集しています!

We are looking for volunteer staff to help organize the “Higashihiroshima International Festa 2025” (hereafter referred to as “the Festa”), which will be held on Sunday, October 26.

We will discuss the decoration of the venue and ideas for the event contents together.
We plan to hold six meetings leading up to the event where all members can come together to prepare.
※Meetings will be held on weekday evenings, approximately 2 hours each.

In addition, the management staff will work together to design an original T-shirt, which will be given to all staff on the day of the Festa!

What is the Higashihiroshima International Festa 2025

It is the festa where Higashihiroshima citizens, regardless of their language and cultural differences, can promote better cultural understanding through various interactive activities.

Recruitment Details

  • Application period:Tuesday, June 17, 2025 - Friday, July 4,2025
  • Eligibility:Approximately 40 people, junior high school students and older
    ※Junior high and high school students must have parental consent.
    (A Consent form will be distributed at the Briefing session on July 9.)

Management staff are expected to participate in the meetings at least three times, and responsibly complete tasks from preparation through to the day of  the event.

Let’s build this amazing event together!
※Transportation expenses (flat rate) will be provided to those who participate in three or more meetings.

About the Meetings(ミーティングについて)

The overall schedule is as follows:

  1. Management Staff Briefing Session [Wednesday, July 9]
  2. Management Staff Exchange Meeting [Thursday, July 17]
  3. Committees (2 committees, 3 sessions each)
  4. Plenary Exchange Meeting with management staff and participants (booth exhibitors, display presenters, and performers) [Wednesday, October 15 (tentative)]

Regarding the Management Staff Briefing Session (1), we kindly ask all applicants for the management staff positions to attend if possible.

【Details】We will review last year’s Festa and explain in detail the flow leading up to this year’s event.
Information about the Management Staff Exchange Meeting on July 17 will also be provided.
【Date & Time】Wednesday, July 9, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (tentative)
【Location】Higashihiroshima Arts and Cultural Hall Kurara, Room 303

Regarding the Committees (3), they will be divided into two groups, and each group will hold three sessions.

Design and Craft Committee

  • Dates:August 20, September 2, September 22 (tentative)
  • Time:6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (tentative)


Stage and Interaction Committee

  • Dates: August 21, September 3, September 25 (tentative)
  • Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (tentative)
