Call for Participants: Higashihiroshima International Festa

About Recruiting Participants（参加者募集について）

We are now accepting applications for the Higashihiroshima International Festa 2026, which will be held on October 25, 2026.
There are three types of participants we are recruiting:

• Exhibitors: Share information about your country or other countries.
• Vendors: Sell traditional crafts or food from your country.
• Performers: Sing or dance on stage.

If you are even a little interested, we warmly encourage you to apply!

Please fill out the required information. Make sure to read the instructions carefully (the instructions are written in both Japanese and English).
After completing the form, click the "送信 (submit)" button to finish your application.

※If there are many applications, lottery will be held. You will be notified by the event organizer if the lottery is held or if your participation is confirmed.
