• Notifications (when moving into or out of the city, or changing address within the city.)
• Personal Seal Registration (Please bring the seal to register)
• Receiving an individual number card (My Number Card).（Please be sure to make a reservation before coming. We cannot accept pick-ups without a reservation.）
• Procedure for renewal of electronic certificate of an individual number card (My Number Card) (Please be sure to make a reservation before coming. We cannot accept pick-ups without a reservation.)
• Application and receiving the passport (only Japanese nationality) (Only for a person who has a registered address in Higashihiroshima City.）
• Application for Car Temporary Plate

• Certificates of Residence (The document can be requested for a person who has a registered address in Higashihiroshima City.)
• Certificates of Seal Registration（Please bring the seal to register.）
• Copy of the Family Register, Extract from the Family Register, etc.(However, family registers from cities, wards, towns, and villages other than Higashihiroshima City cannot be issued.)
• Certificate of Municipal and Prefectural Inhabitants Taxes (Certificate of Income )
• Certificate of Tax Payment (except a Certificate of No Arrears for Municipal Tax)

• Advance reservations are required for issuing personal identification number cards (My Number Cards) during extended Thursday and Sunday opening hours.
• Please read carefully the ‘Services Available’ to find out what services are available. Depending on the content, we may not be able to accept your request as we need to check with other agencies.
• Wherever possible, please take someone with you who speaks Japanese.
• For the procedures, identification documents (Residence Card, Driver’s License card, My Number Card, etc.) are required.
• Depending on the content of procedure, it may not be possible to complete your procedure on the same day.
• A letter of attorney is needed for the proxy.
• If it is crowded with the people visiting the City office, it may take longer to complete the procedures.
