To dog owners（犬を飼っている方へ）

Dog owners are required by law to register their dogs, report any changes in registration information, and have their dogs inoculated annually against rabies. After the inoculation, please be sure to receive an inoculation certificate (a bone-shaped plate).
The procedures are available at the Environmentally-Advanced City Promotion Division or the Regional Promotion Division of each branch office.
If you have registered your pet with a microchip under the special provisions of the Animal Protection Law, you will also need to make changes to your registration with the Japan Veterinary Medical Association when you make changes to the registration information.
