The ‘Emergency Medical Care Net HIROSHIMA’ service ceased operation as of March 31st, 2024.
As a result, the updating of the ‘List of medical institutions that can deal with foreign languages’ has finished.
Instead, please use the ‘Medical Information Net’.
The following information is current as of March 31, 2024.
This is a list containing information about medical facilities within Higashihiroshima City able to deal with patients in languages other than Japanese. It includes extracts from the information (as of March 7th, 2023) listed on the Kyukyu Iryo Net Hiroshima website. Please contact the relevant medical facility for up-to-date information.
Please note that not all members of staff in the medical facilities speak languages other than Japanese. Wherever possible, please go with someone who can speak Japanese.

Emergency medical treatment for children
Please call the advice line on #8000 (if you cannot get through on this number, please call 082-505-1399). The service is available every day between 19:00 and 8:00 the following morning. You can obtain information about whether or not you should take your child to a medical facility outside of normal opening hours (at nights, on weekends or holidays, etc.).
