Subsidies for the first obstetric visit for pregnancy（産科助成）

Higashihiroshima City subsidizes a part or all of the fee for the first obstetric examination, for those who received the examination in April 2023 or later.

Eligibility（対象）

Pregnant women who are from tax-exempt households or households with an equivalent income level, who had a certificate of residence in the city at the time of the examination, are eligible to receive the subsidy.

The maximum amount is 10,000 yen.

Necessary Items（持参物）

When applying, you will need an identification document, receipts and statements (originals), and documents that show your account at a financial institution (a bank book, etc.). In some cases, you may be required to present
documents that show your taxation status.
