After Moving In（転入してきたとき）
When you start to use water in your accommodation, either send to Higashihiroshima City Water and Sewerage Customer Center a ‘Notification of Commencement of Usage’ (a postcard), or complete the formalities online. You cannot complete the formalities by telephone. If there is something you do not understand, please ask the manager or owner of your accommodation.

When you want to terminate your water supply, either notify the Higashihiroshima City Water and Sewage Customer Center directry, or complete the formalities by telephone or through the City website. Please give plenty of notice.
