Water Supply(Water and Sewage)（水道（上下水道））

When you start to use water in your accommodation, either send to Higashihiroshima City Water and Sewerage Customer Center a ‘Notification of Commencement of Usage’ (a postcard), or complete the formalities online. You cannot complete the formalities by telephone. If there is something you do not understand, please ask the manager or owner of your accommodation.

* If you wish to pay by direct debit, you cannot apply electronically. Please apply using the Notification of Commencement of Use (postcard). However, if you are moving within Higashihiroshima City and were already using direct debit, you may also apply electronically.

Terminating water supply（水道の使用中止について）

When you want to terminate your water supply, either notify the Higashihiroshima City Water and Sewage Customer Center directry, or complete the formalities by telephone or through the City website. Please give plenty of notice.You cannot stop using water supply from a date earlier than the day you contact us.
